1. Place Items On Hold
Use our catalog to search for items currently available.
Place items on hold choosing the branch where you would like to receive your holds.
Each library card is limited to a maximum of 20 items for curbside pickup.
Staff will select the first 20 items on hold, if not specified in the pick-up reservation.
2. Wait For Notification
Please do not make an appointment unless you have received an email or phone call that your items are available.
When your items are available for pick-up you will receive an email or phone notification.
Customers are encouraged to make one appointment, even if multiple hold notifications were received. Staff will consolidate holds for the pick-up time chosen. Holds will expire after 7 business days.
3. Make A Reservation
Appointments are preferred. Early or customers without appointments will be served as time allows.
Use the online reservation system to choose a day and time to pick up your materials. You may also call your branch to schedule a day and time.
4. Pick Up Materials
Arrive at the scheduled time and park or stand in your reserved spot. If you arrive early, please wait in the designated waiting area. You could be asked to move if there is an issue.
Call or text the number on the signs (or on your email confirmation) to let staff know that you have arrived.
Staff will gather your materials and bring them to you.
Open your trunk and staff will place your materials in your vehicle. If you are walking to the library, staff will place materials on a table.
Each library card is limited to a maximum of 20 items for curbside pickup. For cars with multiple card-holders (who do not have to be present at the time of pickup), the entire car limit is 60 items per car.
5. Returning Materials

Please place items you want to return in the drop box at the branch.
