2021 Tax Forms - Customers can pick up federal tax forms at most Library branches. The Library does not offer tax preparation assistance, but the City's Department of Community & Human Services is offering free tax return preparation by appointment only to eligible residents Wednesdays, 6–8 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon from February 5 through April 23.
